• What is my lifestyle?

And which of the options seems “the best” at the moment? Why? For example, I chose to rent. My main arguments are these: I can invest the available funds that I would spend on a purchase. I like variety. I like the fact that I can live near a park one year and by a river the next. And the third thing is that I can change my place of residence at any time. I am not “tied” to a specific location.
Meanwhile, others choose to buy property. Their main arguments are:
• The mortgage payment is no lower than the rent;
• They want “stability” and security;
• They consider a house an investment, which I believe is a mistake. But more on that another time.
