Kristiāna Lasmane’s Healthy Recipe Book “My Method” Presented in a Feminine Atmosphere

On Thursday, 6 November, the celebratory launch presentation of nutrition coach Kristiāna Lasmane’s recipe and lifestyle book “My Method” took place at the Zuzeum Art Centre. The event was attended in large numbers by the author’s friends, business partners, clients, media representatives and other healthy-lifestyle enthusiasts. The charismatic Lelde Ceriņa took on the role of host, while guests enjoyed healthy snacks and energetic musical accompaniment throughout the evening, engaged in warm conversations and received a signed copy of Kristiāna’s book as a gift.

Kristiāna Lasmane is an internationally certified Precision Nutrition coach, entrepreneur, mother of two and author of healthy recipes. She has developed countless nutrition plans, helping more than 10,000 women achieve excellent results and lose excess weight in the long term. Her published book brings together 60 of the most popular recipes for balanced meals, both for everyday occasions and celebrations, and serves as proof of how aesthetically pleasing, easy to prepare and enjoyable figure-friendly food can be.

““My Method” is my own story about struggling with excess weight and changing my lifestyle—a change that finally worked and helped me overcome it—so this day means a great deal to me. Until then, I had spent my entire life unsuccessfully trying to stay in shape, but the turning point was the birth of my second child, which made me pull myself together and come up with my own healthy meal ideas while sharing them on social media. Over the past four years, I have created more than 400 different recipes, and the purpose of this book is to help other women as well by showing them that a healthy lifestyle is not a short-term diet campaign but an everyday way of life,” comments Kristiāna Lasmane.

The launch of the new book was also attended by actress and energy therapist Agnese Zeltiņa, artist Ieva Bondare, entrepreneurs Evelīna Ķimene and Elīna Didrihsone, make-up artists Dita Grauda and Krista Zvirgzdiņa, social media content creators Evija Fogele and Kristīne Beitika, fitness coach Zanda Zariņa-Rešetina, stylists Signe Sproga, Ina Ozoliņa and Inna Bertāne, decorator Baiba Prindule-Rence, stylist and fashion designer Indra Salceviča, photographer Nātālija Berezina and many other well-known women, as well as men who greatly appreciate the book author’s boundless energy and passionate approach to a healthy lifestyle.

The book “My Method” is already available at Latvia’s largest bookshops and on the website www.kristianalasmane.lv.
