Real Estate Agent Awarded a Trip

A real estate agent was awarded a trip to any destination in the world for the successful sale of apartments in the Park Residence project in Jūrmala

At the end of December 2017, Santa Garšniece, a representative of the Park Residence apartment project in Jūrmala, ceremoniously presented Anastasia Jagodkina, an employee of the VIP Real real estate agency, with a certificate—a €3,000 bonus that could be used for a trip to any destination in the world. The bonus was awarded because Anastasia was recognized as the best salesperson for the Park Residence project in the previous year.

“The effectiveness of the Park Residence project is easy to demonstrate,” says Lara Batova, co-owner of the VIP Real agency. “It is one of the most sought-after residential complexes both among our own clients and among buyers in Jūrmala generally. We are pleased that the work of an employee of the VIP Real agency has been recognized in such a special way.”

“We wholeheartedly congratulate Anastasia,” adds Aleksandrs Cikunovs, owner of the VIP Real agency. “She is a young but talented specialist who has managed to prove herself in the best possible light with regard to last year’s sales results.”

VIP Real notes that Park Residence is a modern apartment project that attracted increased interest from real estate buyers in Jūrmala in 2017. The project is located in Dzintari, near the sea and a park, making it especially attractive to buyers.

As part of the travel certificate presentation ceremony, the management of the VIP Real agency congratulated Anastasia Jagodkina and expressed its gratitude to Park Residence.

“We hope that the 2018 sales results will exceed those of 2017 and that everyone will once again be satisfied,” Lara Batova concluded the interview.
