Real estate agency “VIP Real” wins two awards at a prestigious international competition in Moscow

VIP Real agency, which specializes in premium-class real estate, won two awards at the HOMES OVERSEAS AWARDS 2017 international competition in April.

The selection of candidates for the first round began in autumn 2016. An independent jury evaluated the candidates for six months, based on various criteria, with the aim of selecting the best projects and properties targeting Russian-speaking audiences and ensuring high service standards.

“When we received the invitation to participate in the competition, we accepted immediately. Over 13 years of working with PREMIUM-class properties in Jūrmala, we have accumulated extensive experience in communicating with Russian-speaking audiences. Many clients have long since become not only acquaintances but also friends,” says director and co-owner Lara Batova.

As a result of its participation, the agency received two awards: “gold” in the category “Best Foreign Real Estate Agency” and a diploma for the high quality of its website in the category “Best Real Estate Agency Website.”

During the competition, the results of an open online vote for the best websites were also compiled. The voting took place in an application created on Facebook. Based on the number of votes, VIP Real took third place in the category “People’s Choice.”

“The diploma for ‘Best Real Estate Agency in Latvia’ is a serious recognition,” says VIP Real owner Aleksandrs Cikunovs. “Winning the people’s vote is double recognition. We would like to thank everyone who voted for us online. We achieved third place thanks to the support of our friends and clients. This once again confirmed the high level of trust in what we do every day. Thank you all!”
