Useful Tips on How to Better Prepare for the “DNB Stipro skrējiens”

1. Exercise regularly. First of all, start training and exercising at least once a week. If not together with the participants of the “DNB Stipro skrējiens” in Zaķusala, then at least in your local park or at your workplace during lunch breaks;
