The range of locally operated e-shops is expanded by a new shopping platform offering fast grocery delivery to your doorstep

At a time when a state of emergency was declared throughout the country and restrictions on gatherings were introduced, online shopping became particularly relevant, allowing people to conveniently purchase everyday necessities without leaving home. Alongside the rapidly growing and increasingly stable demand for food and household goods, the number of new market players has increased significantly in recent months, making it possible to shop remotely and have ordered products delivered right to the doorstep. One such online grocery store is Partikasprodukti.lv, which offers a wide range of favourite products and fast contactless courier delivery in Riga and the Riga area. Partikasprodukti.lv is one of the first projects of the locally operated company “MĀJA” in Latvia, and it is soon planned to expand it by offering residents something entirely new in the fast-food segment.

Partikasprodukti.lv differs from other online grocery and household-goods stores through its competitive prices and diverse product range, available all in one place. Alongside fresh fruit and vegetables, baked goods, and a wide selection of dairy, meat and fish products, the store also offers packaged food, baby food, tea and coffee, soft drinks and pet products. In addition to food products from the most popular and favourite local and international brands, the e-shop also offers high-quality household and hygiene products, which residents are currently purchasing almost as often as groceries. The range of products available in the online store is supplied by local and foreign manufacturers, ensuring that the products are always fresh and carefully packaged. All products are grouped into categories, making the shopping process even faster and more convenient; discounts are also regularly offered on various popular products.

Completing a purchase is also very simple: after adding the selected products to the basket, all that remains is to choose a delivery time and pay for the order using the online banking payment system. If an order is placed by 11:00 a.m., it can be delivered to the specified address on the same day, without having to wait several days for one’s turn. If an order is placed in the afternoon, however, it will be delivered during the next working day. Importantly, all orders are assembled on the actual day of delivery, ensuring the availability of the selected products and expiry dates for food products that meet the highest standards. The minimum order value in the Partikasprodukti.lv e-shop is €18.99, while delivery costs start at €3.49; moreover, free delivery is provided for all orders exceeding €39.99. Another innovative and convenient feature is the smartphone solution “Store in Your Pocket”, which provides quick access to the online store’s offering in app format and allows customers to place an order in just a few clicks from any location.

“The idea for an online store offering food and household goods with delivery to homes and offices arose in response to the market’s ever-growing demand and by drawing on our many years of experience in the food industry. Since both of us are very comfortable with modern technologies, this seemed like only a logical step. We are actively working to expand and supplement the Partikasprodukti.lv product range every week. Compared with other similar e-shops, we stand out through our lower minimum basket value, delivery speed, special promotions, as well as the opportunity to create one’s own shopping list and shop quickly and conveniently using a smartphone. We believe that even amid the current competition, there is still room in the market for new players who put customer convenience first,” comment the entrepreneurs, brothers Kaspars and Kristers Gulbis, founders of the Partikasprodukti.lv online store.
