Homegrown brand Ingrida Bridal presents a new wedding dress collection

As the spring season begins, one of Latvia’s most tradition-rich homegrown bridal fashion brands, Ingrida Bridal, has launched its new Modernday Fairytale wedding dress collection, characterised by refined elegance in a contemporary interpretation. Created for the 2021 wedding season, the collection comprises 19 wedding dress designs imbued with romantic charm, based on select fabrics, lavish cuts and original, handmade decorative elements that give each gown an irresistible accent.

The dreamy collection was created with inspiration from global bridal fashion trends, interwoven with luxurious lace embroidery, striking 3D floral appliqués, voluminous ruffles, semi-transparent fabric elements, deep V-necklines, elegant extended trains, abundant crystal and bead embellishments, delicate belts, as well as the currently particularly popular back cut-outs. The colour palette, meanwhile, features clear whites and soft powder shades, allowing each gown to be adapted to the bride’s wishes. The captivating variety of designs is particularly highlighted by their sophisticated cuts, ranging from graceful ball-gown silhouettes with especially full skirts to ever-popular princess-style gowns and sensual trumpet-style designs, which, combined with short or extended sleeves, tastefully accentuate the contours of the figure.

The main materials dominating the dresses in the new collection are high-quality tulle, chiffon, organza, satin and silk in various combinations. The fabrics sourced from the finest salons in Turkey, Japan and the United Kingdom are distinguished by excellent quality, further enhanced by handmade lace embroidery brought from leading bridal industry exhibitions in Paris and South Korea. A special innovation in the collection is the supple macrame-style lace embroidery on the bodices of selected designs, serving as a striking and original accent. As usual, the enchanting wedding dress names have once again been chosen with inspiration from the widely known and melodious names of women around the world, vividly emphasising the “personality” of each gown.
