Europe’s largest retro music festival, “We Love The 90’s”, will take place in Riga

The festival has already confirmed the participation of such 1990s stars as singer Dr. Alban, Haddaway,
the groups “2 Unlimited”, “Snap!”, “Ace Of Base” – Jenny Berggren, “Londonbeat” and “Reel 2 Real”,
performing their greatest hits, which have earned acclaim and the love of people around the world.
Festival-goers will also be able to hear something new from the 1990s singers – for the first time, Dr. Alban
and the group “Haddaway” will perform together at Lucavsala.
The programme of the “We Love The 90’s” festival will appeal not only to those who want to hear and
enjoy the greatest hits of the 1990s performed live among friends, but also to families. During the day, the event
site will feature various activities, attractions and performances to entertain the youngest visitors and
provide an opportunity to create unforgettable memories for the whole family. In the evening, artists will take
to the main stage to create an unforgettable festival atmosphere.
“The “We Love The 90’s” festival took place in Latvia for the first time in 2008 at “Arena Riga”, where it was
completely sold out. Therefore, it was decided to bring the festival back to Latvia, because I believe that it will be able to bring together
audiences from all the Baltic states,” says festival organiser Orlando John. In Estonia, meanwhile, it has
become an integral summer tradition since 2015, bringing together several thousand fans of 1990s music.
