The programme plans to admit 15 Latvian master's students, who will have the opportunity by the end of the year to study innovation and systems change in depth and acquire new skills in climate and change management.

The programme will consist of three interactive components that promote personal development, provide inspiration and enable learning through practice. Participants will be offered interdisciplinary and international group coaching, or growth-facilitation, sessions, lectures on current topics and advanced supplementary study courses; they will also have the opportunity to implement a personal project and participate in an international summer school. Summer schools are planned in various European countries, bringing together more than 300 participants.

In Latvia, the programme is implemented by RTU in cooperation with the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) Knowledge and Innovation Community "Climate-KIC". The programme coordinator in Latvia is the MBA programme "Innovation and Entrepreneurship" of the RTU Faculty of Engineering Economics and Management. The programme's partners are prominent European universities.
