Registration Opens for the Homemade Vehicle Festival “Nissan Norde Cartoon Rally”

The now-traditional homemade vehicle festival “Nissan Norde Cartoon Rally 2016” will take place for the ninth time on 13 August during the Rīga City Festival, in Kronvalda Park by the Congress Hall. This year, the event’s concept has changed slightly, making it much more interesting and certain to attract even more participants than before.
