For the fourth consecutive year, the Summer Solstice Yoga and Music Festival will take place in Sigulda.

The summer solstice is a time when nature has fully awakened and is ready to give us the energy accumulated throughout the year. The Summer Solstice Yoga and Music Festival offers an opportunity to draw on this energy through meditation, music, yoga, ancient traditions and wisdom.
The festival will bring together guests from Latvia and abroad. From 17 to 19 June, festival participants will have an incredible opportunity to experience the inner solstice journey of the Gong Night, take part in yoga classes accompanied by music, and attend lectures and yoga classes led by teachers from Sweden, Chile, Estonia, Australia, Germany, Belgium and Latvia. Participants will be able to draw energy from various outstanding artists, who will give musical concerts every evening. Among other things, it will also be possible to attend a concert by the Australian duo Sacred Earth.
This festival is a way to build up energy, lead a healthy lifestyle and find inspiration for further personal development. Therefore, both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners will be able to find like-minded people and a path to inner harmony.
The youngest participants will not be forgotten either. As part of the festival, a special programme will also be offered for children.
