Snabb expands its operations in Riga and begins cooperation with VERDE

To ensure convenience for drivers, the A-class office complex VERDE has just announced the start of cooperation with parking operator Snabb. The office complex’s car park is located on two levels – in an underground area intended for VERDE tenants and on the first floor, which is open to all visitors. The car park operates using a licence plate recognition system and is equipped with digital screens, making parking even more accessible and user-friendly.

VERDE is the greenest office complex in Latvia. Its first phase opened in summer 2022, while the second opened last spring. The complex comprises two office buildings with a total area of 45,000 m², including underground parking facilities. VERDE stands out for its abundant greenery and plants in the lobbies, on the spacious fifth-floor terraces and in the courtyard. The complex also embodies sustainable architecture, combining A-class energy efficiency with modern smart building management solutions. In cooperation with Snabb, innovative digital solutions will henceforth also be available to visitors of the office complex who travel by car in the capital.

Snabb began operating in Latvia this spring, focusing on innovative, sustainable and customer-friendly parking management. In addition to VERDE’s car parks, it currently manages all of the car parks in Riga belonging to “Linstow Baltic”, the Baltics’ leading real estate developer, where modern digital solutions are provided. At the VERDE office complex car park, customers can also choose the most convenient payment option – the Snabb or Mobilly mobile apps, or the payment station on site. In addition, Snabb provides a complete overview of car park performance to maximise efficiency, also compiling data on the busiest times of day, the number of users and parking fines.
