The Talsi Train Fricis

Want to go on an adventure with friends or family but don't know what to see in Talsi? Let the train Fricis help, as he knows everything about Talsi.

FRICIS is more than just a train – he is the herald of the Talsi hills, a friend in adventures, and a companion that brings smiles! With his bright black and red appearance, Fricis will take you on a picturesque route where every turn reveals a story. As the summer sun warms up, Fricis plans trips on other days, but for now…

 Working hours:

 Fridays: 18:00–20:00

 Saturdays, Sundays: 11:00–20:00

 Fricis starts at the beginning of every hour from the Talsi Lake Promenade – near the environmental art object “Latvian Sun”.

Note: Weather conditions may affect the trips. If Fricis is on a group tour, you will have to wait for the next round!

 Tickets:

 Up to 4 years old: FREE

 5–12 years: 5 EUR

 12+ years and adults: 7 EUR
Tickets can be purchased on the spot from Fricis’s driver – easily, quickly, and without unnecessary worries!

 Groups – must be reserved in advance and in a timely manner, can also be reserved outside of working hours.

 Children and student groups: 120 EUR

 Adult groups: 140 EUR

 Guide service: 20 EUR
