Discussion of the Work Issues of the Council for the Judiciary

On Friday, February 9, a meeting of the Council for the Judiciary will take place, where the members of the Council for the Judiciary will discuss the work issues of the Council for the Judiciary with the President of the State, Edgars Rinkēvičs. The Chairman of the Council for the Judiciary, Aigars Strupišs, will also inform about the current affairs of the Council for the Judiciary and the work priorities for 2024. The members of the Council for the Judiciary, together with the President of the State, will discuss the strengthening of the institutional independence of the judicial power, as well as the promotion of public trust in the branches of state power through respectful dialogue and cooperation.
