Tour of the Great Amber Concert Hall.

Every Sunday at 11:00, we invite you to take an exciting tour and discover the treasures of Liepāja Concert Hall!

Liepāja Concert Hall “Great Amber” has become a symbol of 21st-century Liepāja, highly valued both in Latvia and internationally. It is impossible not to notice the grand building, which has become part of Liepāja’s skyline as a powerful, multifaceted gemstone; however, it is precisely its content that makes this building even more unique. Concert hall tours invite you to discover and explore both!

During the tour, accompanied by a guide, you will look inside the Great Hall as well as other concert and art spaces, where around 400 established and aspiring music professionals spend their days. You will have the opportunity to enjoy wonderful panoramic views from the building’s seventh floor. You will also learn many interesting facts about the history of Liepāja’s musical traditions, the creation of the concert hall, its artistic programme, and the building’s extensive possibilities.

Both public and private tours are available.

Public tours:

• take place every  Sunday at 11:00;
• available in Latvian;
• price – €4.00 for adults, €3.00 for school pupils, students, pensioners, persons with Group I or II disabilities, and their accompanying persons.

Private tours:

• may be booked on any day within the concert hall’s specified opening hours;
• booking at least 3 days in advance is recommended;
• available in Latvian, English, German, and Russian;
• Group price for 1 to 8 persons: €25 in Latvian and €30 in English, German, or Russian. The fee for each additional participant is charged according to the public tour price list (€3.00–€4.00/person).

For children under 7 years of age, the tour is free of charge when attending together with their parents or guardians.
