“Trevolution Group”, a global leader in the travel industry and the largest branch of Dyninno Group, representing brands such as “ASAP Tickets”, “Skylux Travel”, “Dreamport”, “Oojo”, “Vagamo”, “Triplicity”, “International Travel Network” among others, today announced the appointment of Davit Karapetyan as Chief Product Officer. Davit, who also oversees the work of IT specialists at the local competence center “Dynatech”, will lead the product management team of “Trevolution Group” and continue to strengthen its position in the travel sector, focusing on market expansion and integration of new content providers.
Under Davit's leadership, there will be three “Dynatech” teams: in Latvia, the United Arab Emirates, and India. The Latvian team is the largest in terms of staff, consisting of product managers, system analysts, and product designers employed by SIA “Dynatech”, strengthening the group's global position by developing technical solutions for both local and international markets.
“Davit understands the fundamentals of our business, speaks the language of product developers, and is firmly committed to delivering excellent products and top-level service tailored to the needs of customers; this combination of skills is not only rare but also highly valuable,” notes Alex Weinstein, founder of “Dyninno Group” and “Trevolution Group”. ““Trevolution” is characterized by bold decisions and out-of-the-box thinking, and Davit's experience, which spans various stages of product development, provides him with unique advantages in implementing ideas that are both innovative and practical.”
Davit joined the SIA “Dynatech” team in 2021 as a leading engineer and quickly moved up the career ladder, becoming the head of the Engineering department. His experience in software architecture and cross-functional management gives Davit a deep understanding of both technical and business needs. His work experience also includes leading roles in Latvia-based companies “Accenture” and “Visma Labs”, which confirms Davit's competence in building effective systems and managing successful teams.
Starting in his new role, Davit will focus on three main development areas: improving product development flow, enhancing work priorities in teams, and increasing the overall efficiency of development processes. By focusing on these practical changes, he hopes to make the “Trevolution Group” product offering even more aligned with customer needs and consequently improve customer experience.
“The current product range of the group is strong and well-positioned; it just requires a bit of time and targeted management, and I'm confident we will earn the trust of travelers worldwide not only with our excellent customer service that we provide for all our products but also with useful functionalities, additional services, and other innovations that will gradually change how we approach travel,” explains Davit.
Meanwhile, in 2025, “Trevolution Group” will focus on expanding its business market and improving mobile applications. The group's future vision includes features such as money transfers and cryptocurrency payments in its apps to facilitate everyday life for customers who frequently visit friends and family abroad.
