A new CSDD customer service centre to open in Tukums.
The centre’s new address is 9A Vilkājas Street, Tukums.
The service centre was built according to a standard CSDD design that is already familiar in many places. Unlike the previously adapted premises and sites, the new Tukums KAC has been designed specifically for the nature of the services provided by CSDD, with customer convenience in mind and to improve the quality of the services provided.
“The project is well considered and modern,” says Armands Birznieks, head of the KAC. “A spacious car park awaits customers right at the entrance to the KAC, while the premises are thoughtfully arranged on one floor, with a spacious waiting area in the centre. The comparison of vehicle identification numbers will be available in a specially adapted bay. The provision of services is suitable for people with mobility impairments.”
Residents of Tukums and the surrounding area, as well as local employees, now have access to a modern building with contemporary architecture, well-planned infrastructure and landscaped grounds. Everything at the centre is rational and convenient to operate, as well as environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.
The Tukums CSDD customer service centre will be open every working day from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For customers’ convenience, an appointment for any service can be booked in advance via e.CSDD or by calling 67025777.
