The Central Library of Valka Municipality Invites You to Participate in a Survey

To improve the quality of the services provided by the Central Library of Valka Municipality (hereinafter referred to as the Valka CML) and to learn residents’ opinions about the library’s work, we invite the library’s current and potential users to participate in a survey by 21 December. We will also be pleased to receive responses from residents of Valka Municipality who do not visit the library.

 

The survey includes questions about the range of services offered by the Valka CML, library visiting habits, channels for receiving information, and opportunities to improve the library’s offerings. The questionnaire can be completed electronically or in printed form at the Valka CML (22 Rīgas Street) and at Jānis Roze Bookstore (6 Raiņa Street).  The results obtained will be used and published only in aggregated form. Sharing your opinion will take up to 10 minutes.

 

By completing the questionnaire electronically or in printed form, every participant has the opportunity to enter a draw for a “Jānis Roze” Bookstore gift card worth 20 euros, arranged by the Valka CML, as well as a draw for five additional prizes provided by the Valka Municipality Tourism and Information Office.
