Historical and Educational Excursions in Viļaka
On September 6, from 10:00 to 14:00, we invite you to interesting and educational excursions to Viļaka Lake Island and the Stompaki National Partisan Camp.
From 10:00 to 11:30, we will explore the history of Viļaka Lake Island and through activities get to know the medieval Marienhauzen (meeting at the assembly square from Liepna Street);
From 12:00 to 14:00, we will visit the Stompaki National Partisan Camp and engage in activities offered by the "Abrene Rooms" exhibition (meeting at the beginning of the trail in Stompaki bog).
To prepare activity kits, please register for participation in the excursions by writing to the email vilakamuzejs@balvi.lv or calling tel. 28386859. Please indicate the number of participants and which of the excursions you would like to participate in (it can be one excursion or both together).
