Zunda Towers underground car park now available for public use – the spacious underground car park on the left bank of the Daugava comes under Snabb management

Continuing to introduce modern and convenient mobility solutions in the central part of Riga, car park operator Snabb began managing the car park at the Zunda Towers multifunctional complex in May this year. With the launch of the new partnership, innovative payment solutions are also available at the building, while public access to one of the largest underground car parks in the Baltics has been improved.

Zunda Towers is the tallest multifunctional complex in Riga, offering more than 90,000 m² of office, residential and commercial space across 30 floors, with impressive panoramic views of the capital. Several international and local companies currently operate in the complex, and the construction of a modern five-star hotel in the high-rise is also planned for the end of this year.

The spacious Zunda Towers underground car park is arranged across four levels and has more than 620 parking spaces in total. The first level, with 117 parking spaces, is now available for public use, while the remaining levels are primarily intended for office tenants and residents of the complex. Until now, the car park has been less well known to the general public, but its accessibility is currently being significantly improved with the change of operator.

As one of the most modern building complexes in the Baltics, Zunda Towers has long been developing innovative automated technologies that provide a premium user experience for both residents and visitors. The partnership with Snabb continues this approach by introducing an increasing number of smart solutions, such as digital management of tenant parking spaces and the option for hotel guests to make advance reservations—solutions that have already proven successful at such locations in the capital as Origo shopping centre, Radisson Blu Elizabete Hotel and Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel Riga.

With Snabb taking over, broader and more flexible payment options have also been introduced: payments can be made via the Snabb and Mobilly mobile apps, at the on-site payment machines, which accept cash and cards, as well as at the terminals in the exit area. The wider range of payment options makes using the car park even more convenient, while also encouraging regular use among long-term tenants.
