Poetry Days 2025
On September 13 at 9:20 AM, Saurieši Library invites you on a special adventure – the fifth journey of the Poetry Bus.
This year marks a significant anniversary – the 60th year of the Poetry Days! The festival's motto is “Poetry Celebrates!”, and here in Ropaži Municipality, we will spend this day with poetry, music, and art.
Throughout the day, we will visit six libraries in the municipality. At each stop, we will be greeted by creative individuals – poets, musicians, and artists. It will be an opportunity to get inspired, meet like-minded people, and experience cultural festivities throughout the region.
The journey will begin at Saurieši Library at 9:20 AM, where until 10:00 AM, there will be an opportunity to meet with poet, local resident, and author Jānis Zeps.
