Dubrovina Parks is located between Riga Street and Parade Street. The park was originally arranged by the former city mayor Pāvels Dubrovins (1839-1890), which is why the park is named Dubrovina and features his monument. Next to it is a fountain built in the 1960s, which delights spectators in the evenings with its diverse light and water show. Nowadays, Dubrovina Parks hosts Midsummer celebrations, city festival concerts, and a ceramics kiln firing event.
